70s music has always been foundational to the Wolfe Club vibe. Our regular muses range from Stevie Nicks to Tom Petty and Led Zeppelin and beyond. But last month, I came across This time around, we’re celebrating a band that’s often overlooked and considered boring or “goodie-goodie.” We say otherwise. We’re obsessed with their incredible compositions, Karen’s heavenly voice and the contrast of their deep (and at-times tragic) lyrics set to a happy tune.
